Went to PING again.  Had a dish called “baa mii tom yam muu haeng.”  Thin wheat noodles with ground pork, pork balls, cracklings, peanuts, bean sprouts, long beans, pickled radish, fried garlic, chili vinegar, fish sauce, and chili powder.  Supposedly a lunchtime favorite in Thailand.  I thought it was incredible.  I’ve had something different each of the three times I’ve been to PING.  All three times it has been exciting.  Only bad thing is that my wife will not dine here with me. We were supposed to go together for our first time, but I went with some work buddies.  I really screwed the pooch on that one.  C’mon Honey…I’m sorry already!!!
