SILK again my friends.  I should by stock.  Had the Chả Giò for an appetizer, which is minced shrimp, pork and glass noodles in a crispy rice paper shell, served with nuoc mam.   My entrée was the Gà Xào Gừng, chicken sautéed in a chili garlic sauce, green beans and fresh ginger, served with jasmine rice.  All very good!
