The Beef Stir Fry was on special again at SILK today so we stopped by.  It is sooo good!  Told our server they should add it to the normal menu, and he agreed.  He said everyone is going nuts over it.  Just the right sort of summer lunch…light but filling, incredible flavors, texture, the veggies.  Of course, I have to add 5 heaping spoonfuls of chili paste to get it at my level of spicy!  But that is just me.
