If you are ever in Twin Falls, must check out a place called Pandora’s (Named after the proprietor). Very cool, old, industrial building. Loved it. For appetizers, we shared plates of edamame, shrimp cocktails, and “jalapeño bottle caps.” Enjoyed a nice hefeivizen from Sierra Nevada. Finished with a penne pasta that had fresh seasonal vegetables, shrimp sautéed with butter and olive oil, and topped with big bits of parmesan. Tossed that down with a cold glass of K. Jackson Chardonnay. I’ll be back next time in town.
