Park Kitchen

Park Kitchen for lunch today.  Real treat.  In full view of the kitchen.  Started with the roasted red pepper and hazelnut soup, with olives and anchovies.  Followed with the flank steak salad, with blue cheese and sherry roasted onions.  Delicious!

Sitting here, grabbing some take out. Fried Egg Rolls, Spicy Garlic Chicken stir fry, Beef Spareribs, and Tangy Chicken. Insane good. Fresh, spicy, a flavor bonanza. Hands down best lunch in Portland. Sooooo good!!!

Miro’s Bistro

I’ve said it before, I will say it again: This is one of my favorite restuarants…anywhere.  To find it in Lethbridge Alberta Canada is crazy.  But it is there, and it is soooo good.
