Found this place while in Ashland the other night.  Flat out incredible.  Best meal in months.  Wife works the kitchen while husband tends to guests.  Had incredible starter of puff pastry with Crater Lake Blue cheese, carmelized onions, and an apple and micro green salad.  So good!  Enjoyed a beet salad with sautéed oyster mushrooms, watercress, pancetta, fennel marmalade, and pan-fried chevre.  Had quail, had duck.  Had wine.  Place is outstanding and I cannot wait to return.  So good!!!
