Justa Pasta, on Northwest 19th.  The spaghetti and meatballs with chili garlic oil are to die for, and the Ceaser salad has so much garlic and so little dressing, it is perfect.  This place is terrific.  It would be nice to be able to sit down and have your order taken over a glass of wine, rather than stand in line by the deli case, but so be it, if that be the rules, I will be compliant.  It is worth the food.
