Lunch at SILK Vietnamese Restaurant & Bar today.  Had the salad rolls, which contain a mixture of pork, shrimp, lettuce, bean sprouts, mint and vermicelli noodles rolled in rice paper.  Served with a rather bland peanut sauce…I asked for chili sauce, on the side, to heat things up.  Entrée was the lunch special.  The server talked it up quite a bit, and it was delicious.  Beef lemon grass bowl, with onion, bean sprouts, cilantro, carrot, rice noodles, and more.  Very good lunch.
