Great little hole-in-the-wall joint, with all sorts of color, song, and attitude. I only wish I could have had a beer or two. Had tacos…three of them. The Pollo Verde (Draper Valley chicken braised in tomatillo salsa & served with salsa verde, onions & cilantro), the Porque Tinga (Shredded Cascade Natural Beef in a smoky pasilla chile sauce, topped with onions, cilantro, salsa roja & queso fresco), and the Pescado (Cornmeal encrusted Alaskan Cod served with crema, cabbage, salsa verde, onion, cilantro & pineapple). All incredible, fresh, flavorful…I want more already!
