Always a good meal here, so much so that—for me—it is a special event sort of place.  Love how you can see the kitchen right in the heart of the restaurant.  Love the windows.  The cozy feel to the whole joint.  Enjoyed some wine, had a nice mixed salad with blue cheese crumbles, devoured some oysters on the half shell, then sat back for the Main Show: A flat iron steak with baby turnips and fingerling potatoes…Oh my.  It was a great meal.  Love Higgins.
