Had lunch today at SILK.  The good news is the food was delicious, as is always the case.  Had the Saigon skewered pork meatballs topped with lettuce, mint and roasted peanuts as an appetizer.  Was very pleased with the lemongrass soup with shrimp, fish, mussels, calamari and vermicelli rice noodles (plus jalapeños and lime).   The bad news was it was a terribly long wait before the food came out (and we arrived at 11:45am) with folks who came in after us being served before us.  But alas, that is not usually the case, so I’ll shrug it off and just remember the great soup!
