Nacho Mama’s is on Hwy 99, when you are leaving Portland heading to the coast.  In the Tigard area.  Cool patio area for the sunny months, and neat little bar inside.  Good grub, really good salsa.  Cold Tecate beer on tap.  I had carne asada and al pastor tacos today…open face with onion and cilantro mix; very reminiscent of the tacos you get in L.A.  Good portion size, too!  Fun little place.
