Was eating this ramen in this hole in the wall in 1998. Here it is, some 27 years later and they are still serving it up. Perfect lunch for a dark, rainy day.

I give up and will say it again, this plate is addictive. Jalapeño cheddar biscuits covered in chorizo gravy, two eggs, chives, and house made diablo sauce. Insider tip? Sit at the bar for great service!

Mai Asia, in Tualatin, is a little gem. Tucked away in an off street strip mall, you’d never be naturally pulled inside. Trust me, do it! So damn good.
