Finally enjoyed a Gordon Ramsay restaurant Beef Wellington, in Reno. So good!! The oysters we had were fantastic, as well.

Little hole-in-the-wall joint in the back of a Mexican market, Tualatin. So damn good.

Buddy from work took me to lunch today to recognize Veterans Day. Very much appreciated, Georgie. The Cottage Pie, salad, Old Speckled Hen, and Talisker 10 were all delicious. Semper Fi!

Way too much food for lunch, ate half and brought it home. Good stuff! Spicy garlic sauce is a must.

I usually have Saturday lunch at Stickmen, but their pumpkin regatta fun has caused hundreds of people to show up today. Total zoo. So, short drive to Ancestry and all is well. ☺️

I have never pickled veggies until today. I’ve seen it done well by others. Gave it a shot. Will let them soak for a couple of days, and then give ‘em a try. I am already scheming my next batch!

The cool and drizzly weather (and the touch of a cold) has me searching for soup. This udon noodle hits the spot quite nicely!!

The Beef Pho at this place is crazy good, especially on a cool and drizzly day.

Bangers & Mash with a pint of cask ale. Yummy!
