Been craving green curry for two months? Satisfied today, oh ya!

Never craved eggplant until this last week. Like what is up with that? This eggplant parmesan with sausage and fresh basil hit the spot. Rock on Stickmen!

Two bags of peeled garlic cloves, few tablespoons of olive oil, pinch of sea salt, and some red pepper flakes. Two hours at 300 degrees. Yum! 🤤

These jars of pickling are so very tasty. These are: Garlic, Onion, Jalapeños, Chilies.
