Por Que No

Back again to Por Que No? on Mississippi Avenue.  Enjoyed a great lunch!  Had the Carnitas taco topped with spicy plantain salsa and cilantro.  Also ordered two Pescado tacos consisting of cornmeal encrusted Alaskan Cod served with crema, cabbage, salsa verde, onion, cilantro & pineapple.  This place rocks.  Seriously, if you have not been here,…

GCB

Grand Central Bakery has the best berry jam.  Seriously.  Never matters what I order for my meal, I must have a little tub of this jam to eat with my scraps of leftover bread.  Soooo good!

Peemkaew

Isabel

Seres

Another great Chinese lunch at Seres.   The Mongolian Beef is realy good, and the hot & sour soup is unreal!

Silk (Again)

Do not hate me for having an addiction to the best lunch bowl in Portland.  This stuff is too good.

Wild Wasabee

Ate at Wild Wasabee today, a new Nob Hill area joint on 2336 NW Thurman St.  Previously was a place called Umenoki, but new ownership, and a sweet facelift, has occurred.  Sushi was fresh, and the décor atmosphere was very nice.  Give the place a thumbs up, for sure!

Justa Pasta

Light lunch at Justa Pasta…ate healthy and did not partake in any pasta…dear Lord it was difficult.  Had the minestrone with parsley pesto soup, and a small Caesar salad.  Both were delicious.
