Went to PING again. Went to Ping today for lunch. Had the Wild Boar Skewers marinated in Vietnamese style spicy red bean curd and lemongrass. Also the Salapoa, a Thai style steamed bun stuffed with sweet shredded pork and fried shallots. Nice side of Sriracha sauce to get my heat on, and all is good (Damn the rain outside!). …

The infamous beef-bowl, and some delicious pork meatballs. Plus a little bit of hot sauce so my mouth is on fire. Yum.
Acadia
Fun lunch today at the Wednesdays-only Acadia: A New Orleans Bistro. Started with the Pork rillettes, Dijon and grilled bread. My entrée was the Shrimp Creole with spinach and popcorn rice. Lots of Tabasco. Very good! Want to come here for dinner when the music is hopping and some wine is pouring.
