Hopworks

One of my favorite beers, Hopworks IPA. Got a nice old style grinder sandwich on the way! Mom used to love a good grinder–from Queens in San Bernardino, but that was a while ago. We’ll see how this one shapes up.

Goodness

Five Guys cheeseburger. Wow! Grilled onions, relish, lettuce, tomato and fresh jalapeño slices!

Tacos

Really tasty, greasy Mexican food like you get in San Diego. Muchas Gracias is the place, near Beaverton and the mall area. Love those hot carrots!!

I think this is the best BBQ I have had in a long time.  I know it is.  I think Sweets BBQ in Corvallis, back in grad school days was better, but alas, Sweets is long gone.  For today, I know of no better BBQ anywhere, and that includes trips to Texas, Alabama, Memphis, etc. …
