If you have never had pho soup, you are in for a treat. Every good Vietnamese place has it, often several versions. I am a baby and usually go with the beef flank, perhaps with some meatball. But the adventurous will order with all sorts of things such as tendon, trips, sweetbreads, etc. Add lime, jalapeño, bean sprouts, chili sauce, and away you go!
