Peemkaew, my favorite Thai food spot in the world, has had a full-blown staff change in the kitchen.  The results have been sheer craziness as my wonderful and special meals have gone way south with portion sizes and recipes all screwed up.  I can only hope the new staff figures it out.  I need my Thai like it was!!!  They still have funky art.
